I found two running training programs, both with a gap day in between workout days, so I'm doing both simultaneously, on alternate days. I don't know if that's ok, but so far I'm feeling great!! The moment I feel my body can't take it, I'm going to slow down, but so far... it's awesome!! I'm taking a day off a week(I didn't want to, but apparently you don't improve if you don't take time off... I freaked out when I saw that... unfortunately I get hyper the days I don't workout inspite of having time... SO... anyway!!)

Oh and PS: It's awesome... Running, I mean. I can't even walk much without toppling over(call it two left feet or fat-ness or whatever you want), and though I have to push myself HARD some days(like right now, I wish I could sleep :P) the after-run feeling is WORTH IT!
